Groundhog Coffee Co. opened its doors to Sheffield, AL in August 2024 and is owned and operated by Olivia Johnson, Solomon Littlefield, and their team. Groundhog began as a quiet vision to bring great coffee to a humble, often overlooked corner of the Shoals.
What started as a small coffee shop has quickly become a space of intention, growth, and belonging, where everyone has a place at the table, and the table just happens to have great coffee.
